Lost my skeletal archer + arsonists etc

Entered a new map location in act 2 POE2, minions were working fine earlier. New area my minions died and didn't respawn. Have the minion count correct, all gems etc equipped. Spirit is showing that I'm not using any spirit... can raise zombies but nothing else. Xbox series S
