We donate a lot of Points to Guild and it not shows ?

My friends donated a lot of points to ''Guild Points ''section through donation and we wanted to buy guild stash tabs when there is discount and currently we cannot see any points in guild points section, i have system messages in my message box for '' Microtransaction points have been sent to your Guild '' but we didnt receive them or we couldnt buy any stash tabs for our guild..
