No response from support

I have been waiting 2 weeks for any response on changing my email address, provided characters on my account for verification but no response from support@grindinggear.com.
Is this a standard waiting time here? How long it may take? Any chance to check the status of my request? Last bumped on Dec 17, 2024, 7:12:07 AM

If you've already emailed into Support, your email has not been lost. We are currently working through a large number of support tickets, and will try to get to yours as quickly as we can. We appreciate any patience in this regard, and apologise for any delays and inconvenience caused to you.

" Hi Jacob, Yes I did and I got reply from support asking for info about existing characters on my account for verification purpose. I did send that info to support email and it was more than 2 weeks ago, still waiting for response... How long it may take to change the email? A month, two months? Will I still be able to play PoE2 this year? :D |

Hi, I meet same problem here, wait a long time like 1 week or 2, never get a response, I just wanna change my email address......
Account name: yanyzzy#1305 old email: [Removed by Support] New email: [Removed by Support] (this email I wanna change to) the email reset link is never worked. I mean who can help me? forever wait??
