[PoE2] Can I get a refund for items in the shop which are unavailable?
I bought some things in the shop and in the game it says "Unavailable: This microtransaction is not supported in this game version". Multiple things.
I feel it is unfair to show items in the shop... with images and videos showing the item in the game, and then only after purchasing it does it tell you it isn't actually in the game... what are they even for then?? Where can I learn which items are in the game and which are fake items that don't work? Since this game is early access, are the items eventually going to be added, so I should just wait??? Should I send an email to support for this? ~~~ They posted a video to X saying they are overloaded with support tickets right now which is why I decided to come to the forums first. Hopefully this is the right place to post this, I came here directly from the support page on issues with microtransactions - sorry if this is the wrong place, I am brand new to this game. DO you ETA on responces I'm in a time sensative situation and I'm struggling how you can respond to my first email saying you can help then nothing for nearly 2 weeks.
