Ignagduk The Bog Witch no bonus spirit item drop

I have just killed the Ignagduk in Cruel act 3 and no bonus stat item dropped. This has been my 2nd kill. On the first kill I did not realise there is supposed to be a bonus so maybe I have not picked it up on the first kill.

I think I actually get the spirit bonus in the cruel act, but the map shows the bonus is still there to claim
