lightning strike slayer build

im trying to run a lightning strike and i was looking for the taming ring but there is 2 types the only diffrence is that one got less (increased Elemental Damage with Hits and Ailments for each type of Elemental Ailment on Enemy) but has (30% increased Elemental Damage) and (30% increased Elemental Damage with Attack Skills)
