I can't play trial of chaos again

I enter the trial of chaos, after that my game crash and when I open it again Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum in the statue is gone, and the door for trial is closed.
I go to kill chimera again but Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum not drop. Last bumped on Dec 14, 2024, 2:30:33 PM
