Ranger Skill - Toxic Growth Bugged

The skill is invisible when casted/used.

The skill activates its secondary detonation animation but it cannot be interacted with via other poison skills like the tooltip suggest.

This also means it cannot be empowered.

I have taken the following steps to make sure that it isnt a visual error via something with my system:

Restarted Steam
Restarted PoE 2
Unequipped then reequipped the gem
Cut another gem of the same type
Move maps
Changed bows & quivers
Changed keys on the hotkeys
Partied with friends to ask for visual confirmation of skill - all confirmed they cannot see the primary animation only its secondary explosion animation.

To add to this, when I used toxic growth on poison clouds the last couple of days the growth would burst quickly. Now it takes between 1-2 seconds to detonate. I thought I was going mad and was looking for a modifier that caused this. This might also be bugged.

I started to have this issue as well today. I tried removing all my gear and that helped initially and would still work fine after putting everything back on, but then after clearing some groups of enemies it would start to take longer than usual to burst. weird bug.
