The vouchers donated by guild members cannot be credited to the account

I am the guild leader, and guild members have donated points to buy a warehouse. However, my donation has been credited, but his has not. How can we handle this?

Same, tried to give 185 points to my guild, I sure got credited, but my guild didnt received anything.
