从12月7日开始,我发送了一封电子邮件,希望你们帮助我更改我的电子邮件,因为旧的邮件地址已经不能再使用,但是到今天为止我还没有收到任何回信,我不清楚你们到底有没有人在处理邮件,我付了费但是不能玩游戏,我知道你们每天很忙,但是如此漫长的等待是我不能接受的.

I don't know how many employees GGG has to handle after-sales issues, but clearly, this handling speed is unacceptable.

same here, they only reply same content which is their support email, but seems their email can't receive any email now...
