King in the Mists reward not given

I have finished the act 1 king in the mists quest and haven't received a spirit reward.
I have completed it 3 times and the last time did it in order (hunting grounds, speak to Finn, etc) and still no reward.

Same issue I also completed the Quest/Boss, 3 times for good measure non of those times did the 30 spirit drop. At first i tried doing it i was under powered so i left the area and return in act 2. if i could get some help that would be appreciated.

Going to also have to +1 this completed king in the mists and didn't get the spirit reward (checked everywhere before leaving the area) and now completed the area more than once, all fins dialog is grey. So no Gembloom Skull granted

Same thing for me. I've reset and run the instance several times. So no Gembloom Skull granted.
I see there are a lot of reports about this bug. Is anyone doing anything about it?

Are you unable to obtain it from the King in the Mists in Act 1 Normal, or are you in Act 1 Cruel? (He does not drop this reward in Cruel, though the Bog Witch happens to drop her item in both Normal and Cruel.)
