Modifier tiers - HUGE SUGGESTION

It's extremely hard to understand if an items tier is the highest or not. Because for some items the highest tier is tier 8, for other 11 or 6. It would be nice to have them colorer (red being the best, purple the second best etc. The color choice is yours).

just make t1/0 highest tier again.
