Merging of two accounts

Good afternoon,
I mistakenly bought access to POE2 on my old outdated account.
Is it possible to transfer access and points to another account?
I have access to both accounts of course.

I have a similar problem and mailed you twice over the last days.

I would like to use my "gold" to buy from the shop - but it seems it is bound to the wrong (merged) account.

Isn't it possible to have the gold allocated to all my merged accounts?

Got the same problem.
Gold in one account, character in another, is there any way to merge please?

Finally got a response to my ticket I opened in November... And it was a "You can't do that, sorry" email telling me that they didn't even read my issue and are just trying to get rid of people as fast as possible.

Also have this issue. Emailed early december, got a reply late december telling me it was possible and you just needed the account names and names of some characters to verify. Sent those over but haven't heard since.

I understand you guys are flooded in support tickets, but would really appreciate a follow-up.
