i want to refund, but support center didnt respond to my mail almost on week!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been sending a refund inquiry to the customer's email address for a week, but there is no response. Why isn't there a response regarding the refund? I didn't even play a game. I had to buy it from the Korean server, but I didn't. so i had request refund system.I've also written down all my information from support.I'm so angry.
how can i do?
