Vine Arrow

Vine Arrow says it "Slowing their movement speed", but is it only me, or does the "Slowing their movement" does not work? I have tried kiting a mob with and withour the Vine Arrow, but I didn't feel any difference in their movement speed.

I have the same question for Apex of the Moment ascendancy that slows by 20% what is in your presence. Maybe it works, but my old eyes cannot catch it.

Also trying to figure out Apex of the Moment.
I am scouring the internet to figure this out. I don't see any indication of it being active. Enemies don't appear to move any slower. There's no buffs on me or debuffs on them. Tried the wiki's, asking on reddit, asking on Discords, asking in-game. Have yet to find anyone or any documentation or in-game controls / buttons that hint as to how it's supposed to work. Was thinking maybe it's a new passive skill in the menu, but nothing in there either. |

Vine Arrow seems to be bugged right now. The slow doesn't apply.

No the latest patch didn't fix the 40% slow not working on Vine Arrow even though they rebalanced the poison damage. Damn it.

If it does slow things at all I can't notice the difference. Although most critters move so fast that even if they do go 40% slower they can still go ten times quicker than the player.

Yep noticed the same thing as well.
I also noticed PIN never worked until I put it onto my basic bow skill. But according to the gem, It should have worked even on lightning arrow. Last edited by Turddog#8292 on Dec 17, 2024, 10:13:51 PM
