Unable to play

By now i am completly fed up. Unable to play for at least 10 days now and still not able to play EA even though i purchased it for 100€.

Only wanted to change my password but and got a response in 1 hours that for security reasons my account was locked. I gave them the informations and for 10 days now i get no reply. This is completly unacceptable. I can understand if the support is overloaded but getting no reply, no status update and no information if the e-mail is even recieved. Waiting everyday and watching my friends play just.
Nice i gifted them 100€ but this is just unacceptable on every level and i bet another 100€ that my account will not be unlocked instantly because more information are required or something like that.
