It's early access but it's already game of the decade for me

I understand some people may have issues about the balance but it's been only a few days. I feel like a lot of players expected fully developed game after the negative feedback I've read. If you don't like balancing (which obviously include nerfs), you can always come back after the game officially launches.

Devs made a valid point on meta gems: it would be silly to allow big stonks procs from minimum effort skills. This will probably be adjusted further in the future.

So far I have enjoyed POE2 much more than I have ever enjoyed POE1. In my opinion POE2 devs removed all the tediousness from POE1 and made an amazing game. No more flask piano, socket colors, links, loot filter isn't mandatory anymore and crafting feels amazing. Add to that that the music is just transcendent, the storry so far is very well written and the climate of the game simply hypnotizes.

So stay positive Exiles and don't get angry over balancing. I'm 100% sure that when the game officially launches it will be even more amazing.

Its the most promising game with actual longevity I've played in a very long time...

I dislike branding stuff "game of the year/decade" with all the PR bullshit of gaming today but Elon Musk or someone makes an actual review company/awards then it deserves it so far!
Path of Exile really did so well, they propelled themselves from their 1st installment, which targeted a rather chill audience and made something that is truly epic, graphics + actual modern gameplay mechanics + so much progression and skill potential, for all kinds of players really.

I don't know what they're going to do about the dodge roll + monster/player size mechanics because it seems a bit too easy or too hard a mechanic (infinite spam dodge and win or mob overload and can barely dodge but you need dodge to win...) but atm I have a ton of copium for what they've built so far, its a true love project.

My biggest surprise how stiff and limited is POE2 if you compere to PoE1.

Everything on rails.

For me gameplay is much more immersive than POE1. Timing mob hits with dodge roll is great. POE1 was like cap your movement and attack/cast speed and meh. There are still a lot of gems missing, endgame is not quite there yet but I can feel it is going to be epic.
