Presence Present and Totem Accuracy

Shockwave totems are not gaining accuracy while in my presence while the Presence Present notable is allocated.

According to the tooltip, totems count as allies, and should be receiving the accuracy bonus. It is difficult to tell if the player is receiving the increased attack damage while there is a totem nearby.
