Refund or Give me the game pack, Plz

I have purchased the POE2 100$ game pack through NX game card on 12/8/2024 at 2:38 AM UTC.(Checked with NX game card offical, and they confirmed GGG redeemed my card.) However, nothing come ioto my account (even not a early access key), and I emailed the support teams(support@grindinggear.com）. It's already 5 days past, noboday come to reply me and help me with this problem. What's wrong with this FKing company? Take my moneny like a robber?

Still no email reply. It this company consist with robbers? Grab your money directly. The forum manager say "our support team will help you", but no one reply me for last 10 days.

One month past, the problem is still here and I am still unable to play the game. To my experience, I would not suggest any new player purchase this game nor any game from GGG, since you are deal with a group of shit. Onece you give they your money, they will grab it and kick you out. DO NEVER hope they can provide you any service or products.
