Missing Passive Points After Refund

At level 38, I decided to respec and spent most of my gold to redo my tree. I allocated some new points and saved before spending the rest. The remaining 20ish points are now missing and my tree is incomplete. It lists "0" next to Skill Points in the Passive Tree interface.

Edit - I was mistaken. All points are accounted for.

Having the same problem. I made sure to count the number of points I had before respeccing. I had 42. Redid a lot of my tree, and now only have 40 points...

Edit: Actually nevermind, it seems some paths did not get cleared afterall when saving, so I found the missing ones...
