In Korea they used to refund the difference if they go on sales

I don't believe that's how it works, bought it on sale you get the sale price.
Bought it at regular price you get it for that.
I purchased them at full price too if that makes you feel better.
Korean law is irellevant.
GGG is based in New Zealand, they would be under New Zealand law not anywhere else.
