Boss loot lost when you die

If you die to a status effect as or after a boss dies all the loot will be gone on respawn. I don't think this is a bug but I don't think it's a great feature. If you die in a boss fight you get to respawn right outside the room a try again. If you die after the boss dies you respawn with no loot and no chance to fight the boss again unless you run through the whole area.

I also lost the skill item when I disconnected right after the Colossus boss.
