No XP for dead teammates on Boss fights

Might seem minor, but getting a boss to 15% HP then dying and cheering for your teammate shouldn't mean you get no XP. Even if it's reduced, it's gotten to the point where if one of us die we just FF and fight it again.

I realize this is a game where staying at the same lvl as your team isn't super important, but it is for some players and given how popular this game is getting, more and more people might take issue with it.
