Final Act 1 Quest bugged - travel east

Already traveled east but the final Act 1 quest remains unfinished in my quest log. Going back to Act 1 it doesn't look like there is a way to "complete" the quest as there is no way to travel east again.

I have the same issue. I'm about to finish act 3 right now and hope this quest bug gets fixed soon, I heard that it prevents you from entering the endgame content :(
I talked to every npc in act 1 and 2, choosed every dialogue option, but it still didnt complete the quest. |

same problem, just finished story and quest is stil there and can not "compleet" it, hooded-one do not have the quest text to compleet it.

Had the same problem.
When I entered my hideout I couldn't open a map, but from the Ziggurat Refugee (Past) I could open a map. Then I finished it and after exiting the map I got the "endgame" slider next to Act 3 Cruel. Now I can open maps from my hideout. Maybe this workaround helps you too. |

Just completed Act 1. Spoke to the Hooded One but he does not have the option to advance the story. Am I stuck here?
