SUGGESTION: Option to "Shush" the guy on character creation

I'm having a blast with PoE 2 and I think the new player experience is, overall, quite intuitive and smooth! (Thanks for the game GGG~)

HOWEVER, when you're first booting up the game, it's EXTREMELY overstimulating to flip through the character creation screen and try to read about the classes and parse their differences while this dude blabbers constantly about them.

It's cool dialogue, but add a button on screen (possibly accompanying subtitles for him) that allows you to toggle his speeches off and on.

(While I'm here optional hotkeys to toggle Music and Dialogue during gameplay would be great.)
