Lucky strike and Decimating Strike from WitchHunter

Does Decimating Strike work with lucky strike to improve effectiveness of reverse cull on ennemy, or it just do its thing separately from any source of influences?

Could be quite nice if it does? I'm planning to try it out, and I remember my lightning damage have lucky effect from a passive node I have.
