Sceptre game crashing bug 0.1.0d

My sceptre has 20% reduced attribute requriments. It doesn't affect skill given by the sceptre (skeleton warriors) resulting in game crash when taking out support gems out of that skill

Also observed this, taking off the sceptre, meeting the stat requirements without the reduced requirements, then re-equipping is a workaround for now.
