STUCK IN ACT 3 (Cruel) - Legacy of the Vaal (STONE ALTAR BUG)

I am stuck in act 3 (Cruel)
Character Name: Dalas
WARRIOR

I had a bug happen where after I logged into my account this morning my previous portal was still up. (Temple of Chaos)

I then downloaded and applied a loot filer (Cyberion_POE2_V13.filter)
After applying the loot filter (again I have no idea if this has anything to do with what I am about to explain....) I was able to put my Quest Items (GREEN ITEMS) on the ground. When I did this they disappeared.

I am unable to get the (LARGE CORE STONE) again to place into the STONE ALTAR.

The Quest tracker states I have the stone and every time I go back to get the Large stone again, it DOES NOT Drop.

My character goes through the animation of placing the stone in the socket but then bugs out and stops.

I can not progress my character any further at this point.

Hey I'm stuck too on this quest, I cannot place the STONE ALTAR to open the gates because I somehow dropped it, now I cant get another one even if I kill the boss in the sanctuary, so I'm stuck in the campaign and can't finish the game.

We are a lot in this case
