More recovery if used while on low mana does not seem to work? POE2

Right click to drink. Can only hold charges while in belt. Refill at [Wells|Wells] or by killing monsters.

This is the item I have in game. The problem is, there is no difference between mana gained when used on low mana and mana gained when used whenever. It should recover close to 700 mana when I use it on low mana, yet even if used when my mana is below 10%, it only recovers the 372 mana. Maybe I am missing something but this seems off to me. Cheers.

Same bug here. I have a 310 mana flask with this keyword and it alwasys only recover 310 mana.

Mana flask with 89% "more recovery if used while on low mana" does not work properly. On low mana, it should theoretically restore more mana in the same duration as the 73% "increased amount recovered" flask. However, the "increased amount" flask is able to outpace my mana cost, while the "more recovery" flask is not.

i noticed the same issue, using this flask at any mana level does only give the normal amount.
