Sorry but the game is way too hard, I'm in Act 1, I can't get any further with the Ominous Altars?

Either the game is way too hard or the balancing is messed up.

Try to make up your own build if that's your first time, rather than trying to follow a build you might not understand.

In Act 1 and almost all of Act 2, just going along and making logical choices in your skills and passive will allow you to progress quite nicely.

Sure you might encounter some bosses that may kill you a few times until you get the patterns, but it's all possible

But that's what I did as CoF Comet. The game practically gives you arrows and flashing lights pointing towards CoF. You go through your tree and there are tons of Freeze Buildup nodes. I'm a frost sorc, I freeze things. Then around level 30ish you get Cast on Freeze. Cool! Then you get Comet right around the same level. Hell, it even has a "Payoff" tag. Okay, so obviously, the goal of this class is to freeze enemies and use Cast on Freeze to trigger Comet. That's logical, right?

Oh, no, apparently I was abusing a niche mechanic and needed to have the everloving shit nerfed out of my just decent, not OP build.

I switched now to Mercenary, but one question how can i stop from moving when i try to shoot?

I think SHIFT is the default attack in place. Should be options on your keybinds page.
