PoE 2 Guild purchases from PoE 1?

I've been told guild tabs will also copy over to PoE 2. Will i need to make the same Guild name, or does it not matter so long as I (as the owner of the other one) make it?

Well, Just made a guild in 2 with different name and i dont see guild tabs so either the guild name needs to be the same or they dont transfer over :(
