add a bind to start voice typing into the currently active chatbox

console controls are great, but communication ability is lacking.

currently i have to press windows + H to be able to start speaking into an active textbox and it also opens up some lame white bar on top, it would be nicer if this was integrated into the game like some applications already have.

im sure the real console versions like ps5 and xbox already have this?
