Cast on Freeze nerf - Passive Skill respec token ???

Problem here is not the nerf of Cast on Freeze…
If nerf a build is required I would say no problem but they should make possible to everyone to respec everything at least 1 time for free especially if the build become totally unplayable and after only one week from the release where the gold are not that much yet.
I would say common sense.
