unavailable/broken Sunder 4L

After most recent patch I can't use Sunder 4L, when I try to check skill information, it says "This information is currently unavailable". Removing support gems doesn't change anything. I can't pick this skill in skill bar anymore either. When I replace it with Sunder 2L it seems to be working, just 4L is broken.

I ran into the same thing with Stampede. It happened while swapping a couple times between Orb of Storms and Stampede. I was also messing with the weapon set toggle. Logging out (even with the gem unequipped) doesn't seem to fix it.
