Icon for aiming when using gamepad

I'm having some trouble aiming with the right stick in PoE2 as it can sometimes be hard to see exactly where my character is facing when there is a lot going on

Would be nice to have an option for something like an arrow icon indicating where I'm currently aiming with the right stick
