Things that has to change in my opinion

Straight to the point:

1) ascension trials need to go, first off the confusion players get with all these keys, some for chaos some for trials, the way of acquiring them and all these stuff make the experience miserable.

Cant you just put a boss in a spot go in kill go out > get your ascension? its that easy.

2) User interface is quite miserable, too many useless and convoluted path to get info. Why we cant use mouse over skills to grasp all the details and stats, why do we have to do extra steps for something so basic, i do have to open 3 panels to check my skill critical hit chance? overly complex for absolutely no reason. Please explain to me what is the benefit of having this ui.

3) Item vanishing after death, this is seriously wrong. You kill a boss or a normal mob it drops an exalted then you die for a blast left on the ground and when you walk back after respawning all the stuff from the ground is gone. Why?

4) Map interface is HORRIBLE. Its confusing, you barely can see the icon of the mobs you have to kill for your passives or other stats, it feels like it was designed by a 10 year old kid with no knowledge of easy of use.

5) Gem skill level up. This issue is very annoying. For example i have a sKill that im using like herald of ice level 9. I remove it to test other skills and put the skill in the stash, then a uncut skill level 13 drops and i click on the herald of ice because i want my skill to upgrade to level 13, what does it do? IT creates a NEW skill of herald of ice level 13 and now you have 2 of them, one in the stash one on yourself.

The system should be able to always upgrade the skill by reading if you have it already or not. Add another way to create a newer one by just CTRL clicking or add a button "create new". Idk but as it is right now it makes you unintentionally waste a lot of skill gems.
