Pls help fix can't load character

My character _Monkey_CoC_ has encountered a game breaking bug in act 3 during the silverback boss fight in jungle ruins.

I crashed during the fight and can no longer load this character. The game crashes every time I try to load it. :(

My other character is working fine.

Edit: so after some time it loaded back up. assuming maybe the zone had to reset.
