Replace item drop frequency with currency

Help us remove the tedium of going to town, and to remove the middle-man of breaking down hundreds of items ourselves. It's just busy-work.

Instead of filling our inventory with rare/socketable/quality items every 5-10m, replace those items with shards/currency. Shards and orbs stack and take up a single inventory slot, a chest piece does not! Replace 50-75% of these drops with shards or orbs. Keep the unlucky unique monster drop protection so that those drops feel good, and unique.

Thematically it makes more sense for monsters to drop currency/parts than it does equipment - I don't see those bugs wearing full plate! This also indirectly buffs crafting, which is hugely overshadowed by trade right now. The value of rare item drops is improved, and the issue of un-ID'd floor blues is lessened, since if they drop less it's actually worth picking them up and ID'ing.
