Please don't push yourself too hard

I am not sure where the right place to put this message was

I gather you all are dealing with a lot more fires right now than you had hoped to.

In the past I remember one league launch went particularly poorly, and when an incident report was posted it explained that the company was working on a skeleton crew because many people had left for holiday vacations, and defended the employee's right to do so. It left a strong impresion on me and made me respect GGG a lot as a company.

You've grown a lot as a company since then but I hope that you are still able to hold that value of prioritizing staff's wellbeing (including your own) over the game.

I appreciate your work a lot and the level of transparency, communication, and general ethic has consistently seemed much higher in GGG than in any other company who's game I played.

I hope you are able to enjoy the holidays knowing that you have done a great job over all these years, even if things aren't going perfectly right now.
