Freezing Changes aftermath

I am playing a Sorceress with "Cast on Freeze", after the last changes to "cast on freeze" it is very hard to kill large groups on mobs. I am not saying to make it stornger again, maybe a little tweeking but not much. I much rather say the respecing of Passives should cost nothing in early access or atleast it should cost a lot less. For the benefit for you so we can try out more builds and skill combinations :D

BTW realy love the game!
