Stutter after uppdate today

Hi everybody!
I have great fps and ms but i the game still stutters for some reason. I have played on the highest settings for a week now with no problem.
Anybody else have the same issue and does anybody know a fix?

PS. first time ever using a forum so i dont know if im at the right place :)
