Hello dear Exiles,
we are coming from an rly experienced crafting system in poe and some might missing things 20 years after the chaos collaps. So here is an idea of how this could be evolving: --------------------------------------------------------- It's been 20 years by now. In these horrible destructions back than, not everything of the ancient knowledge could be rescued. We know about Shards and that they're combined to orbs. To recreate this knowledge, we build an library, where you exile, will be able to retain gathered old knowledge, wich is scattered around these lands. And with this growing knowledge, we will be able to evolve our craftmanship back to the top and furthermore ... -------------------------------------------------------- I would like the idea of having an side character or room, guided by an sidestoryline of for example from Una and Renly. This room would give us sort of "the old" crafting system, finding orb by orb at special bosses wich tried to hold the orbs power by themself. The new crafting should less powerfull as the old one, so instead of giving us just stats from x to xx it could give us the ability to lock an affix slot for an int ability. Yeah, a bit like the gardensystem, but like i said, the old system was rly strong from the begining. Wich int ability we get would be rng, but we would have sort of possibility to control it a bit more unless know, even with chances to reroll. And this library with workshop in it could even evolve over the time of story, so it could grow and offer more and more crafting possibilities. It could be even a place for cutting the gems etc. i don't like the impersonal new skillgem window ;D So, how do you think exile, should we take care of the ancient knowledge? I think we should, for the history of Wraeclast. best regards onihasuma Last edited by Onihasuma#7529 on Dec 12, 2024, 7:41:22 AM Last bumped on Dec 12, 2024, 7:25:43 AM
