Nerf fireflower amulet

Ggg needs to do something ASAP. They ruining minions by getting nerfs done cause some one thought necromantic talisman, fireflower amulet, cast on minion death,srs with supports which on death makes it explode for 25% hp. Add comit to cast on minion death. Was a good idea.

And if I am wrong tell me why fireflower amulet went from 30 or so excited to ov re r 100 since nerf on cof.
