“Honor” for the ascension trials

I would like to point out that this comment is given after more than 50 hours of play, I am lv 71, I started the game with the witch, a great job, really well done. I would just like to comment by saying that I can not in any way ascend for the second time, the test is not feasible for everyone, anything sudden takes away your honor, the boss of the first room has impossible hits. These tests must be rewritten from scratch, the ascension points of a character should not be so difficult to obtain, I understand that you have an immense workload. For this reason I ask on behalf of everyone I imagine to re-evaluate these tests and make them more feasible. There are a thousand ways to do it, such as decreasing the excessive loss of honor, permanently removing this honor mechanic, or putting a block for a number of hits that does not make you lose honor for stupid things. If anyone has other ideas please comment.

Have better Relics with more Honor Resistance and protection? You're Level 71 but it sounds like you level rushed and don't understand the mechanics at all.

Don't gaslight him, the majority of people didn't like sanctum. It's counter intuitive, it values DPS and range and is nearly impossible for some builds without multitudes more effort if you happen to not play glass cannon. The honor loss is ridiculous. I have been to the 3rd floor 6+ times and when I got to the boss I was at 2000/3600 honor with full honor resistance relics and I lost all 2k from a single hit from the boss after "getting on the platform" when my character quite loudly said "quick, get to the platform" mid fight from their audio que.

Mind you, when the boss spawned I was able to do 50% of its HP in a single go from a single freeze, I lost my run in less than 2 seconds when I got hit a single time. I don't mind learning tough fights but spending hours just to get there and get one shot on an extremely tanky build I'm playing feels fucking awful. Sanctum doesn't reward players for playing balanced builds, it rewards people playing glass cannons that can off screen. The amount I learned about that bosses mechanics and patterns? None, why? Because I literally died instantly. At least with all the other bosses you can go in again and learn, but sanctum? Nah, spend another hour going through tedious ass tight mazes. Btw, I kill the floor 1 and 2 boss before they can make a single attack, just for DPS reference. They live for <5 seconds and are frozen when they spawn in.

Nobody takes balanced builds into sanctum in poe 1, everyone playing sanctum uses hexblast and other tactical long range nuke cannons with literally zero points into HP/survivability.

i feel u man, i am trying to do 3rd acend for 3 days now, tried ultimatum and sanctum, where i died on 3rd floor with no mob or trap in sight, just a sigil on the floor, 4k honor gone.

be patient guys, dont listen to the trolls who tell u, that u are too weak. its a major problem, which many players, old dogs and newbies have and GGG will solve it :)
I feel exactly the same way, tried several times to get my third ascension done at level 75. As soon as I reach floor 3 everything goes downhill from the smallest gust of wind.

The main issue I have with the Trials:

- Offscreen Poison hit from random enemy that cant be avoided - 300-400 Honor lost
- Rock spike traps that are hidden on the lower end of the screen behind the Environment - another 200-300 Honor down.
- Way too much honor lost from single small hits e.g. snakes poping up below you.

The whole third floor and traps/poison in general needs to be tuned down heavily for it to have a place in the game.

In general I would love for it to be shortened to four rooms per floor to get more chance at fighting the bosses and please let us zoom out further to get a chance to avoid offscreen hits.
