Mage need help after Nerf COF

After nerf i´m stuck..

no gold so no respec
no items
no rares
no skill gems
no support gems

balancing .. is not killing a Class

exact same situation.
Put EVERYTHING into where im currently at, including 3 full respecs to get a build i enjoy and was powerful enough to do the content.
Even though i still struggled with bosses.

Meanwhile my brother playing monk at the same level as me one shots everything including 20 second boss fights.

I didnt feel it was too imbalanced, because it was uber at clearing trash, not so good at bosses, and was glass cannon very easy to die
