Should we just not play any strong build ?

I mean seeing how things are rn u cant just reespec couse is expensive, so should we just play mid tier builds, in fear they are just gonna kill ur build when u cant reespec? They truly killed Cof while I dont see as a bad thing to nerf things, to make something completely useless overnight seems kinda wrong, at leat we should be able to reespec freely
