Roll for higher value loot in party.

Would be cool to allow rolling for certain loot rarity when running as a party.

This could be a fixed rarity setting or a configurable value set by the party leader.

Currently ranged players can get get the short end of the stick when melee players are practically on the drop as it happens and requires a trust / buddy system.
