Minions dying when out of range.

Hey GGG,

Can we get some insight on why minions now die and go on respawn timer when you out range them? It has been punishing to run away from dangerous packs as my minions will de-spawn instead of dealing damage and/or regrouping on me to continue to deal damage. If I stick around, they and I end up dying.
That can be seen as a skill issue, play better. Understandable. What really irks me is moving from pack to pack.

If I move too fast, I end up at the next pack with no minions behind me. I can use SRS to deal damage, and watch the 8 second (I know it's reducible) timer go down, but why do I have to wait for my minions to respawn when simply moving?
I got movement speed boots for the first time at level 77 where I'm not compromising survivability, but it's low-key the hardest hit to my survivability.

Can we get some insight on minion death at max distance from player character?
