Where is the Expedition locker?

In the hideout, where is the Expedition locker? I had it in PoE1 and now I can't find it.

lol Why add Expeditions without the locker... Whoever planned to not do paid access without a Map tab and Expedition Locker and a Breach tab.... wtf is wrong with them?
It's like common sense to have these things available. I'm sure we'll see MTX's before we see any of these highly required additions. |

At least we have those dozens of stash tabs from PoE 1.
But some affinity to send the items directly to that tab, would not hurt. |

Something else that would be nice is to be able to put 2 stashes in different place in the hideouts. For as big as they can be. That would help.
