Are Reshade and Special K HDR safe to use with POE 2?

Reshade is amazing for sharpening filters if using XESS upscaling and Special K is great for native HDR support which POE 2 doesn't have a proper working one without use of Windows Auto HDR which is fake HDR. Last bumped on Aug 30, 2025, 1:40:58 PM

I'm wondering the same thing, I would like to use special k to refine the game's fps, I would like to know if it's safe and if I wouldn't get banned for using that tool.

Reshade has been bannable in poe1 and people have been banned using it. Its against TOS.

POE 2 shows the message saying its cheat and will ban when we activate Reshade HDR :(
